Searching for a web design agency in Little Rock means comparing companies that are not always comparable.
The results include small local studios alongside larger regional and national agencies. They may compete for the same projects, but their team sizes, pricing, services, and working styles can be very different.
A polished portfolio shows what an agency can produce, but it does not tell you whether that agency fits your budget, business, or goals.
To make the comparison more useful, I evaluated 19 web design agencies in Little Rock using the same criteria: reviews, pricing, team size, and client satisfaction.
I gathered the data from Clutch, DesignRush, G2, Glassdoor, Indeed, LinkedIn, SEMrush, Google Business Profile and Trustpilot.
The shortlist below brings those differences into focus. You can compare agencies by more than presentation alone, including what they charge, how clients rate them, and which types of businesses they are best equipped to serve.
Top Web Design Agencies in Little Rock, AR (2026): At a Glance

Deep Dive: Web Design Agencies in Little Rock
Now the details. Each profile explains the placement and points to who should hire them.
1. Thrive Internet Marketing Agency – Good fit if you want SEO, ads, and web design handled by one team

- Website: thriveagency.com
- Minimum Project Cost: $1,000
- Average Client Satisfaction Rating: 4.53 (267 reviews)
- Team Size: 216 (LinkedIn)
- Years in Business: 21
- Monthly Website Visits: 676,936
- Employee Review Score: 4.70 (258 reviews)
Overview
Thrive runs with a team large enough to staff SEO, paid ads, and web design as separate departments. One generalist doesn’t try to do all three.
That scale shows up in the language they use about their own work. Relationships and results repeat like a mantra across their case studies.
One client story stood out to me. Lone Star Cremation hired Thrive for SEO and digital marketing. The write-up reads less like a polished portfolio piece and more like a small business getting found online.
Clutch recently named them a Top Web Design Company. UpCity gave them a National Excellence Award around the same time. Recognition like that tends to follow an agency that treats this as a real business. Not a side hustle.
Thrive also works with clients well outside wherever its own teams sit. It runs the same process for businesses across the country. That breadth is the draw if you want one partner juggling SEO, ads, and design under one roof.
If you’re a smaller business, you may feel like a small fish here.
Core Services
- Custom web design and development (WordPress, Shopify)
- Search engine optimization (SEO)
- Paid search and social advertising
- Content writing and email marketing
- Reputation management
Why They Rank #1
- Thrive’s site pulls more monthly traffic than every other agency on this list combined, and that kind of visibility rarely happens by accident for a web design shop.
- A 200-plus person team means Thrive can run SEO, paid ads, and design as separate specialties instead of one person wearing every hat.
- Web design is a small slice of Thrive’s business, not the main event, so you’re hiring into a marketing machine built around SEO and ads first.
- Their client rating holds at a strong level across hundreds of reviews, which means it isn’t resting on a handful of enthusiastic testimonials.
- Employee satisfaction sits high across a very large sample of reviews too, so the team behind the work isn’t just large, it’s stable.
Snapshot of Client Reviews
Responsiveness and value for cost show up again and again in Thrive’s reviews. The most common complaint is the opposite of most agencies: clients say they had to teach the team about their specific industry before campaigns really clicked.
Our Take
If you need one agency to handle SEO, ads, and a rebuilt website at the same time, Thrive can carry all three without dropping a ball. Skip them if you want a small, hands-on team that knows your business by name.
2. UPQODE – Best if you want a custom WordPress build with real design polish

- Website: upqode.com
- Minimum Project Cost: $5,000
- Average Client Satisfaction Rating: 4.93 (148 reviews)
- Team Size: 48 (LinkedIn)
- Years in Business: 12
- Monthly Website Visits: 5,049
- Employee Review Score: 4.80 (4 reviews)
Overview
UPQODE pairs a US-based strategy team with an engineering group overseas. That split keeps design direction close to the client while development runs on its own schedule. It’s a structure that shows up more in cost than in the finished product.
One review mentioned a product built with UPQODE that went on to win several international design awards. That’s the kind of outside validation that’s hard to manufacture.
The team leans into a family-style culture. That consistency shows up in reviews naming the same project managers again and again.
If you want boutique-feeling service without boutique pricing, this fits well. If everyone needs to be in one room, it won’t.
Core Services
- Custom WordPress website design
- WooCommerce and e-commerce development
- Corporate website design
- Search engine optimization (SEO)
- Ongoing website maintenance
Why They Rank #2
- UPQODE’s client rating is among the highest on this list, which is a hard thing to pull off once you’re past a hundred reviews instead of a handful.
- Web design and development make up a real chunk of UPQODE’s business, not a side offering bolted onto something else.
- Employee feedback is strong on paper, but it’s built on only a handful of reviews, thin enough that one bad year could swing it either way. That thinness is part of why they sit at #2 instead of higher.
- Their minimum project cost sits higher than most of the agencies ranked below them, which tracks with the custom development work their client rating reflects.
Snapshot of Client Reviews
Reviewers keep coming back to how organized the process feels, with different specialists handling each phase instead of one generalist juggling everything. One client’s review singled them out as the most efficient, responsive, and reasonably priced vendor they’d worked with.
Our Take
If a custom WordPress build with real design polish is the goal, UPQODE delivers well above their price point. Skip them if your project needs a huge team fast, since their model runs lean by design.
3. Freshy – Makes sense if you’re already committed to WordPress

- Website: freshysites.com
- Minimum Project Cost: $5,000
- Average Client Satisfaction Rating: 4.80 (91 reviews)
- Team Size: 41 (LinkedIn)
- Years in Business: 15
- Monthly Website Visits: 27,265
- Employee Review Score: 4.00 (18 reviews)
Overview
The team spans several continents rather than sitting in one office. That’s unusual for a shop this size, and it lets them cover support around the clock.
Freshy has grown almost entirely by staying in one lane, WordPress, and only WordPress. Lately that’s meant buying up smaller WordPress shops instead of just taking on more clients directly.
One review described working with Freshy for years on end. They called them their go-to team for anything that needed fixing.
If your whole site already runs on WordPress, this kind of specialist depth is hard to beat. If you’re building on Shopify or something custom, look elsewhere.
Core Services
- WordPress website design
- Custom WordPress development
- WooCommerce e-commerce builds
- Website hosting and maintenance
- SEO built into every site
Why They Rank #3
- Web design isn’t just part of Freshy’s business, it’s the whole business, which is rarer than it sounds among agencies serving this market.
- Their site pulls more traffic than all but one agency on this list, which lines up with fifteen years of specializing in exactly one platform.
- Employee satisfaction sits lower here than almost anywhere else on this list, which is the main thing keeping them out of the top two.
- Their hourly rate runs higher than most agencies ranked below them, a cost that tracks with fully custom WordPress work instead of templated builds.
Snapshot of Client Reviews
If there’s a knock on Freshy anywhere in these reviews, I couldn’t find it. Communication, patience, and steady quality come up over and over, including from clients who’ve stuck with them for years.
Our Take
If your site is already built on WordPress and you want a specialist rather than a generalist, Freshy is a safe bet. If you’re not on WordPress or need a tight budget, this isn’t your agency.
4. Bless Web Designs – Right choice if you want a small, values-driven shop on a modest budget

- Website: blesswebdesigns.com
- Minimum Project Cost: $1,000
- Average Client Satisfaction Rating: 4.58 (45 reviews)
- Team Size: 11 (LinkedIn)
- Years in Business: 14
- Monthly Website Visits: 2,235
- Employee Review Score: 5.00 (1 review)
Overview
Bless Web Designs runs as a small, family-owned shop. That comes through in how they talk about the business.
They mention donating part of their profit to charity. They also promise not to use manipulative design tricks on the sites they build.
They’ve picked up recognition across several review platforms for their web design work. That kind of cross-platform consistency is harder to fake than one glowing profile.
Their pitch leans hard into AI right now. They build sites meant to show up in tools like ChatGPT and Gemini, not just Google. It’s a newer angle, and it’s too early to say how much it actually moves results for clients.
One case study involved a manufacturer of precision metal components that needed its site reorganized for easier navigation. The write-up reads like a real fix for a real problem, not a generic redesign summary.
If you like a small, values-driven shop over a big impersonal one, that pitch lands. If you need a big team for a big project, this isn’t the agency for that.
Core Services
- Custom WordPress website design
- AI-optimized web design (built for AI search tools)
- Local SEO
- Google Ads management
- Social media marketing
Why They Rank #4
- Employee satisfaction here is a perfect score, but it comes from a single review, which isn’t enough data to mean much either way. That thinness is a big part of why they sit at #4 instead of higher despite strong client numbers elsewhere.
- Web design makes up half of Bless Web Designs’ business, the highest focus of any agency ranked so far, which is a meaningful signal for a firm this size.
- Clients rate the value for cost here as high as it gets on this list, which suggests the price matches what people feel they got.
- Their minimum project cost sits among the lowest of any agency ranked, which opens the door for smaller budgets that bigger shops would turn away.
Snapshot of Client Reviews
What stands out most in these reviews isn’t the design work itself but how often clients mention feeling heard during the process. A couple of reviews note pricing ran higher than expected once custom features were added.
Our Take
If a small, values-forward shop that treats a modest budget seriously sounds right, this is a strong fit. Look elsewhere if your project needs a large team working in parallel.
5. Agency Partner Interactive – Worth it if you need something closer to a web app than a brochure site

- Website: agencypartner.com
- Minimum Project Cost: $5,000
- Average Client Satisfaction Rating: 4.70 (69 reviews)
- Team Size: 57 (LinkedIn)
- Years in Business: 16
- Monthly Website Visits: 501
- Employee Review Score: 3.00 (2 reviews)
Overview
Muhammad Younus built Agency Partner Interactive around a team of hand-picked designers and developers. That’s not a rotating bench of freelancers, at least by their own description.
Their whole pitch runs through something they call a Digital Growth Engine. It’s meant to tie strategy, design, and marketing into one process instead of separate handoffs.
One case study involved a health and wellness startup that needed a full digital overhaul. Not just a new coat of paint on an old site. That’s the kind of project I’d expect this team to enjoy more than a simple brochure site.
If your project is more application than website, this team’s instincts fit. If you just need five clean pages, this may be more machinery than you need.
Core Services
- Custom web application development
- Website design and development
- Mobile app development
- E-commerce solutions
- Digital marketing and SEO
Why They Rank #5
- Their own site draws less traffic than nearly every other agency ranked above them, which is a strange look for a team that sells traffic growth to clients.
- Employee satisfaction is the lowest score of any metric in their profile, and with just two reviews behind it, that’s not a lot of noise to average out. That combination is the main reason they land at #5 instead of higher.
- Web design is a small piece of Agency Partner Interactive’s business too, similar to the largest agency on this list, so this is a broader tech and marketing shop rather than a design-first studio.
- Their hourly rate is the lowest of any agency ranked so far, which keeps ongoing work affordable even though the minimum project cost itself isn’t small.
Snapshot of Client Reviews
Reviews split fairly cleanly into two camps: people who loved the process from kickoff to launch, and a smaller group who ran into technical hiccups after their site went live. Both groups tend to mention the team’s responsiveness regardless of which camp they’re in.
Our Take
If you need something closer to a custom web application than a brochure site, this team’s instincts fit well. If you want the simplest possible five-page site, you’re paying for more capability than you’ll use.
6. Rock City Digital – Worth it if you want a boutique team that also handles branding

- Website: rockcitydigital.com
- Minimum Project Cost: $1,000
- Average Client Satisfaction Rating: 5.00 (93 reviews)
- Team Size: 16 (LinkedIn)
- Years in Business: 12
- Monthly Website Visits: 613
- Employee Review Score: 5.00 (2 reviews)
Overview
Rock City Digital leans heavily into branding, logo work, and graphic design. Web design is a smaller piece of what they actually do. That’s true even though it’s what draws a lot of clients in the door.
One client is a hunger-relief nonprofit that rescues food from local restaurants. They hired Rock City Digital for a website and a photo shoot. The whole shoot got turned around same-day, portraits, team shots, and all.
Another client, an HR recruiting firm, described watching their site get built in real time. A live preview let them drop feedback directly onto the page as it took shape. That kind of visibility is rare at this price point.
Most of their clients are small businesses, though a handful of much larger companies have used them too. If you want a boutique team that also handles your logo and brand look, this combination works well.
Core Services
- Web design
- Branding and logo design
- Graphic design
- Corporate photography
- Social media marketing
Why They Rank #6
- Rock City Digital’s client rating is a perfect score, backed by dozens of reviews, not a couple of outliers.
- Their employee rating is also perfect, but it’s built on only two reviews. That thinness is the main reason they sit at #6 instead of higher despite strong client numbers.
- Web design is a small part of Rock City Digital’s business, similar to several other agencies on this list. Branding and graphic design make up more of what they actually do.
- Their minimum project cost is among the lowest of any agency ranked, which keeps the door open for smaller budgets.
Snapshot of Client Reviews
Project management gets singled out more than anything else in these reviews, clients mention feeling like an actual team member rather than an outside vendor. Cost draws the only real pushback, with one client noting they weren’t the cheapest option available.
Our Take
If you want a small, tight-knit team that treats your project like a partnership and can also handle your branding, this is a strong pick. Look elsewhere if you need a large team or enterprise-scale capacity.
7. Thoma Thoma – Good fit if you want branding, advertising, and PR alongside your website

- Website: thomathoma.com
- Minimum Project Cost: $1,000
- Average Client Satisfaction Rating: 5.00 (1 review)
- Team Size: 12 (LinkedIn)
- Years in Business: 38
- Monthly Website Visits: 35
- Employee Review Score: 5.00 (1 review)
Overview
One client runs dozens of nursing homes across Arkansas. They hired Thoma Thoma for crisis PR after a major outbreak at one location. Thoma Thoma helped shift the story instead of running from it.
Thoma Thoma has stuck around long enough to outlast most rebrands in this market. Web design is a small piece of what they do. Branding, advertising, and public relations make up most of their business.
Martin Thoma owns the shop. The team includes dedicated account managers who stay closely involved in each client relationship.
The agency’s pitch centers on brand leadership. That means helping clients grow market share and loyalty, not just look better online.
If you need a full brand and PR partner who can also handle a website, this fits. If all you need is a website, that’s a lot of unused agency to pay for.
Core Services
- Brand strategy and identity
- Advertising and creative campaigns
- Public relations
- Website design and development
- Media planning and buying
Why They Rank #7
- Decades in business, longest operating history as an agency on this list by a wide margin, counts for something when you’re trusting someone with your brand.
- Their own site barely registers any monthly traffic, easily the lowest of any agency we’ve looked at so far. That’s the main reason they sit at #7 despite decades in business.
- Web design makes up a small slice of Thoma Thoma’s business, similar to the biggest agencies on this list. You’re hiring into a full ad and PR shop, not a web specialist.
- Both their client rating and employee rating are perfect scores, but each rests on a single review. That’s not enough data to treat as reliable yet.
Snapshot of Client Reviews
There’s only one detailed review to go on, but it’s a strong one: a client praised their communication, adaptability, and follow-through during a genuinely difficult PR situation. Small sample, but a good one.
Our Take
If you want one partner for branding, advertising, PR, and a website, and you have the budget for full-service work, this fits well. Skip them if you only need a simple website and nothing else.
8. Lform Design – Right choice if you sell to manufacturers or industrial buyers

- Website: lform.com
- Minimum Project Cost: $25,000
- Average Client Satisfaction Rating: 4.87 (80 reviews)
- Team Size: 16 (LinkedIn)
- Years in Business: 21
- Monthly Website Visits: 3,180
- Employee Review Score: 4.50 (7 reviews)
Overview
Lform works almost exclusively with manufacturers and industrial companies. That’s not a marketing tagline. Their client list is genuinely just factories, distributors, and technical suppliers.
One review came from a drywall manufacturer merging two older websites into one. They needed to do it without losing existing traffic. Lform pulled it off without the usual bumps that come with a site migration.
The team is small. Yet they’ve built sites for companies with thousands of employees. That gap between agency size and client size shows up constantly in their reviews.
Their pitch is that manufacturing buyers search and evaluate differently than typical consumers. Engineers want specs. Procurement wants certifications. A generic template misses both.
If your buyers are technical and your sales cycle runs long, this focus is a real advantage. If you sell to regular consumers, look elsewhere.
Core Services
- Custom web design for manufacturers
- Web development (WordPress, Laravel)
- SEO for industrial and B2B buyers
- UX/UI design
- Technical content architecture
Why They Rank #8
- Lform’s client rating is among the highest on this list, and it’s backed by dozens of reviews, not just a handful.
- Their minimum project cost is the highest of any agency ranked so far, by a wide margin. That price floor is the main thing keeping this out of a higher spot for most small businesses.
- Web design and development together make up most of Lform’s business, a real specialty rather than a side offering.
- Employee satisfaction is strong on paper but built on a small number of reviews, thinner than the client-side numbers suggest.
Snapshot of Client Reviews
Delays come up more than anything else in these reviews, usually tied to staffing or project complexity. Even so, nearly every client mentions the team being upfront about it and sticking around to fix it.
Our Take
If you sell to other manufacturers or industrial buyers, Lform’s narrow focus is a real edge worth the higher minimum. If your buyer is a regular consumer, that specialization won’t help you at all.
9. Few – Worth it if you want the same small team long-term

- Website: few.io
- Minimum Project Cost: $25,000
- Average Client Satisfaction Rating: 4.75 (20 reviews)
- Team Size: 125 (LinkedIn)
- Years in Business: 12
- Monthly Website Visits: 41
- Employee Review Score: 3.60 (16 reviews)
Overview
Few keep everything in the house. No outsourced contractors, no white-label subcontracting to another shop somewhere else. Every designer and developer on a project actually works for Few.
One museum client mentioned working with the same staff for years. They called out the low turnover as unusual for an agency.
That kind of consistency tends to follow teams that build with the same stack project after project. In this case, that’s mostly Laravel and React Native.
That museum came back a few years after their first project, for an entirely new site. Getting rehired that far out says more than any single five-star review.
If you want the same people who scoped your project to build it too, that’s Few’s strongest asset. If you need a massive team for a massive build, they’re not that shop.
Core Services
- Custom web and mobile app design
- UX/UI design
- Web development
- Custom software development
- Digital product strategy
Why They Rank #9
- Few’s own site draws barely any traffic, one of the lowest numbers on this list, which is worth noting for a shop that also does digital strategy work.
- Employee satisfaction here is the lowest of any metric in their profile. That’s the main reason they land at #9 instead of higher despite strong client reviews.
- Web and app design make up a small part of Few’s business overall, alongside custom software work and digital strategy.
- Their minimum project cost sits among the highest on this list. That tracks with the custom software and app work they specialize in, but it prices out smaller budgets.
Snapshot of Client Reviews
Nearly every review mentions responsiveness and a genuine investment in the outcome, not just the paycheck. One reviewer described an early misstep with staffing that Few corrected after direct feedback from leadership.
Our Take
If you want a small, stable team that sticks with your project long-term, Few delivers on that promise. If your project needs a large team working in parallel, look at a bigger shop instead.
10. Ajroni – Makes sense if you need a simple site fast and affordably

- Website: ajroni.com
- Minimum Project Cost: $1,000
- Average Client Satisfaction Rating: 4.63 (146 reviews)
- Team Size: 12 (LinkedIn)
- Years in Business: 9
- Monthly Website Visits: 1,237
- Employee Review Score: N/A
Overview
Their whole workflow runs through five stated steps: discovery, design, build, launch, and ongoing support. It’s a simple structure, but simple isn’t the same as unproven.
Lirim Ajroni started this as a one-person operation before it grew into a full team. His brother Lisian came on as co-founder and now runs the technical side as CTO.
Everything happens in house, design, development, and marketing under one roof. That claim mostly holds up across reviews.
One client’s experience with a complex e-commerce build went seriously wrong, ending in a payment dispute after launch.
Most of their work is for small local businesses. At least one client runs a remote-staffing company based in Europe.
If your project is straightforward, like a small business site, they’ve done that dozens of times over. If you need complex payment or checkout logic, ask hard questions before you sign.
Core Services
- Custom website design and development
- E-commerce development (Shopify, WooCommerce)
- Mobile app development
- SEO
- Digital marketing and PPC
Why They Rank #10
- Ajroni’s client rating is strong and backed by the largest number of reviews of any agency in this batch, which adds real confidence to the number.
- They’re also the youngest agency ranked so far, with less operating history than anyone else in this batch. That’s a meaningful part of why they sit at #10 instead of higher.
- Web design accounts for a modest share of Ajroni’s business alongside app development, SEO, and paid ads.
- Their minimum project cost is among the lowest of any agency ranked, keeping the door open for smaller budgets.
Snapshot of Client Reviews
Nine of ten reviews are glowing, praising speed and communication above almost everything else. The tenth is serious: a client describes a complex e-commerce build that broke after launch and ended in a bank dispute. Worth reading before you commit to anything complex.
Our Take
For a straightforward small-business site, Ajroni’s speed and price are hard to beat. For anything involving complex payments or checkout logic, get specifics on their process before signing, given how badly at least one similar project went.
11. ThrillX – Worth it if conversion rate matters as much as looks

- Website: thrillxdesign.com
- Minimum Project Cost: $1,000
- Average Client Satisfaction Rating: 4.83 (71 reviews)
- Team Size: 4 (LinkedIn)
- Years in Business: 5
- Monthly Website Visits: 1,551
- Employee Review Score: N/A
Overview
Arsh runs ThrillX and shows up by name in nearly every review. That holds whether the project is a five-page site or a major redesign.
The agency caps how many clients it takes on each year, on purpose. That trades volume for actually knowing each account.
One client, a major video game studio, hired them to improve navigation and conversion across their digital products.
That’s a different caliber of client than most agencies this size land. The review reads like a real, detailed partnership, not a one-off gig.
The team works out of Toronto and Houston, and its client list spans well beyond either city. That geographic spread hasn’t diluted the hands-on feel reviewers describe.
If you want a team obsessed with conversion numbers, not just looks, that focus shows up everywhere. If you want the cheapest possible option, this isn’t it.
Core Services
- Conversion rate optimization
- Web design (WordPress, Webflow, Shopify)
- UX/UI design
- Web development
- Branding
Why They Rank #11
- Web design and development make up most of ThrillX’s business, the highest focus of any agency ranked yet, alongside Bless Web Designs.
- They’re also the youngest agency on this list by a wide margin. That youth is the main reason they land at #11 despite strong reviews across the board.
- Their client rating is backed by over seventy reviews, a real sample size for a five-year-old shop.
- Their own site pulls solid traffic for an agency this size, though not enough to compete with the largest names on this list.
Snapshot of Client Reviews
Almost every review mentions speed and how quickly Arsh personally responds, sometimes within the hour. The one recurring critique is that clients depend on the team for updates after launch instead of managing things themselves.
Our Take
If conversion rate and measurable results matter as much as visual design to you, ThrillX delivers on both. Skip them if you want the lowest possible price, since focus and quality come at a real cost here.
12. Matmon – Right choice if you want three decades of stability

- Website: matmon.com
- Minimum Project Cost: $1,000
- Average Client Satisfaction Rating: 4.80 (13 reviews)
- Team Size: 5 (LinkedIn)
- Years in Business: 30
- Monthly Website Visits: 81
- Employee Review Score: 4.20 (3 reviews)
Overview
The shop stayed small even as clients got bigger. One project involved a general contractor large enough to run offices in three states.
That tracks with how Matmon started. Matt Olson built it as a small web shop, back when most small businesses had no website.
The name itself is a Hebrew word for hidden treasure. That fits the pitch: every company has something worth showing off, and most websites bury it.
That client, Clark Contractors, brought Matmon in for a website redesign along with copywriting, video, and photography. It’s a broader scope than a typical build, closer to an in-house marketing team than one project.
If you want one team handling the site and its content, photos, video, copy, that range helps. If you just need a fast, no-frills build, this may be more than necessary.
Core Services
- Web design and development (WordPress)
- Branding and graphic design
- SEO
- Video production
- Email marketing
Why They Rank #12
- Thirty years in business puts Matmon second only to Thoma Thoma for tenure on this list, a long track record for a Little Rock shop.
- Their own site draws very little monthly traffic, among the lowest of any agency ranked. That’s the main reason three decades in business hasn’t translated into a higher spot.
- Web design is a smaller piece of Matmon’s business alongside branding, graphic design, and video production.
- Employee satisfaction looks solid but rests on just three reviews, too small a sample to lean on heavily.
Snapshot of Client Reviews
Clutch shows no reviews for Matmon directly, so this leans on other platforms. A Google reviewer described their sites as user-friendly without sacrificing design quality, and praised the team for continuing to refine a site long after launch.
Our Take
If you want one team handling a website plus the branding and content around it, and three decades of stability appeals to you, Matmon fits well. Their low profile on major review platforms means you’ll want to ask for references directly.
13. Hawp Media – Makes sense if you’re fine with a super small team

- Website: hawpmedia.com
- Minimum Project Cost: $1,000
- Average Client Satisfaction Rating: 4.75 (14 reviews)
- Team Size: 2 (LinkedIn)
- Years in Business: 13
- Monthly Website Visits: 23
- Employee Review Score: N/A
Overview
Hawp Media is essentially one person doing the work of a small agency. There’s no account manager layer between you and whoever actually builds your site.
One client, a pool and spa company, has hired them repeatedly over several years. The work covers web design, SEO, and advertising. That kind of repeat business from someone who isn’t local says something.
The one client I found described them as honest about their limits. If something’s outside what they can do, they say so instead of taking the work anyway.
If you’re comfortable with a single contact and don’t need a big team, this setup works well. If you need multiple specialists working in parallel, a solo operation won’t stretch that far.
Core Services
- Web design
- SEO
- Content marketing
- Web development
- PPC advertising
Why They Rank #13
- Hawp Media’s hourly rate is the lowest of any agency ranked so far, which matters if you need ongoing work rather than a single project.
- Their own site draws almost no monthly traffic, the lowest number on this list. For a two-person operation, that’s the clearest sign of what keeps them at #13.
- Web design makes up about a quarter of their business, alongside SEO, content, and paid ads.
- A two-person team means direct access to whoever’s doing the work, with no layers in between, but also a hard ceiling on how much they can take on at once.
Snapshot of Client Reviews
Just one detailed review exists, but three years of repeat business behind it makes the case better than the star rating alone. The client’s main praise: Hawp Media does what it says it’ll do, without much hand-holding required.
Our Take
If you’re comfortable working with essentially one person and value someone who’s upfront about their limits, Hawp Media can work well for a straightforward project. Look elsewhere if your project needs more hands than one person can provide.
14. LAB Digital Creative – Good fit if you want senior attention with no contract

- Website: labdigitalcreative.com
- Minimum Project Cost: $1,000
- Average Client Satisfaction Rating: 4.95 (61 reviews)
- Team Size: 5 (LinkedIn)
- Years in Business: 7
- Monthly Website Visits: 400
- Employee Review Score: N/A
Overview
So the model runs the other way. Senior people handle the accounts, and reports come as plain-language videos each month. There’s no long-term contract locking clients in. If the work stops delivering, clients can leave.
That patience tracks with why Michael Newsome started LAB Digital Creative in the first place. He got tired of the standard agency deal. Long contracts, junior staff doing the work, reports nobody could actually read.
One client runs a large mixed-use development in Memphis, with concerts, dining, and education all under one roof. Reviews describe a patient team willing to sit through a long, evolving creative process without losing momentum.
The team is small and spread across a few Southern cities rather than one office. If you want senior attention over a huge bench of specialists, that trade-off favors you.
Core Services
- SEO and AI visibility
- Custom web design and development
- Paid media (Google Ads)
- Brand development
- Ongoing digital marketing
Why They Rank #14
- Web design is about a quarter of LAB Digital Creative’s business, alongside SEO and AI-visibility work, which makes up nearly half.
- LAB Digital Creative’s client rating is among the highest on this list, and it’s backed by dozens of reviews rather than a handful.
- They’re also one of the newer agencies ranked, with less operating history than most of the shops above them. That youth is a real factor in why they sit at #14.
- Their own site traffic sits comfortably ahead of most agencies ranked below them.
Snapshot of Client Reviews
Communication and responsiveness come up in almost every single review, often within the first sentence. The lone constructive note, from a client with three partners weighing in on one project, was that the process could tighten up when a lot of people are giving feedback at once.
Our Take
If you want senior-level attention without a long-term contract locking you in, this model works in your favor. If you need a large team handling many workstreams at once, a five-person shop won’t have the bench.
15. Waypost Marketing – Worth it if you sell to manufacturers or industrial buyers

- Website: waypostmarketing.com
- Minimum Project Cost: $10,000
- Average Client Satisfaction Rating: 4.95 (17 reviews)
- Team Size: 14 (LinkedIn)
- Years in Business: 23
- Monthly Website Visits: 626
- Employee Review Score: N/A
Overview
Doug Fowler leads Waypost Marketing. The agency has spent more than two decades working almost exclusively with manufacturers and industrial companies.
They’re a Platinum-tier HubSpot partner, one of the higher certification levels HubSpot hands out. That lines up with how much of their work runs through the platform.
One client, an industrial painting contractor, has stuck with them for years. That’s long enough to watch competitors start taking the company seriously because of the marketing. The team’s own pitch is blunt: they’d rather tell clients what they need to hear.
If your buyers are technical and your market is industrial or manufacturing, that specialization is a real strength. If you’re a consumer brand, this isn’t the right specialty match.
Core Services
- HubSpot CRM consulting and implementation
- Content marketing
- Web design and development
- SEO
- PPC advertising
Why They Rank #15
- Waypost Marketing’s client rating ties for the highest on this list, an impressive mark for an agency with over two decades in business.
- Their minimum project cost is among the highest of any agency ranked, which puts them out of reach for a lot of small businesses. That’s the main reason they sit at #15 despite strong reviews.
- Web design is a small part of Waypost’s business, similar to the biggest agencies on this list. Most of their work is broader B2B marketing and HubSpot consulting.
- Their hourly rate also runs on the higher end, which tracks with a client base of manufacturers and industrial companies rather than small local shops.
Snapshot of Client Reviews
Clients keep circling back to how well this team understands manufacturing and industrial buyers, more than any other theme in these reviews. The one soft spot mentioned is social media engagement, which a couple of clients felt could go further.
Our Take
If you sell to manufacturers or industrial buyers and want an agency that actually speaks that language, Waypost is a strong fit worth the higher entry cost. If you’re a small local business on a tight budget, the minimum alone puts this out of reach.
16. WebJIVE – Worth it if you want ongoing SEO and reputation management bundled in

- Website: web-jive.com
- Minimum Project Cost: $1,000
- Average Client Satisfaction Rating: 4.33 (44 reviews)
- Team Size: 2 (LinkedIn)
- Years in Business: 20
- Monthly Website Visits: 208
- Employee Review Score: N/A
Overview
One client described working with WebJIVE for years, calling the ongoing relationship a pleasure. That kind of loyalty from a client with no reason to stick around out of obligation says something.
Eric Caldwell founded WebJIVE and still shows up by name in client praise today. That’s decades into running the shop. Reviewers consistently single him out as responsive and straightforward.
They lean into reputation and review management as a specialty, a service most competitors don’t even list. New clients also get a no-contract trial period, with the third month free if things aren’t working out.
If ongoing SEO and reputation management matter as much as the build itself, that’s a real differentiator here. If you just want a one-and-done website, this may include services you won’t use.
Core Services
- Web design
- SEO
- Reputation and review management
- Web development
- Web hosting
Why They Rank #16
- Web design makes up more of WebJIVE’s business than nearly any other agency on this list, the second highest focus scores in the whole ranking.
- Their client rating is also the lowest of any agency ranked, which is the main reason two decades in business hasn’t translated into a higher spot.
- That rating is at least backed by a real sample, over forty reviews, so it’s not a fluke from a handful of unhappy clients.
- Their own site traffic sits in the lower half of this list, modest for a twenty-year-old shop.
Snapshot of Client Reviews
Ratings vary noticeably depending on which platform you check, from near-perfect to more middling. The throughline across all of them is praise for Eric personally: responsive, straightforward, no hard sell.
Our Take
If you want ongoing SEO and reputation management bundled with your website, and you’re comfortable with a small local team, that combination is worth a look. Check recent reviews directly before committing, since ratings vary noticeably by platform.
17. Groundwrk – Right choice if a custom build is worth a premium to you

- Website: groundwrk.com
- Minimum Project Cost: $25,000
- Average Client Satisfaction Rating: 5.00 (23 reviews)
- Team Size: 12 (LinkedIn)
- Years in Business: 7
- Monthly Website Visits: 1,604
- Employee Review Score: N/A
Overview
One client, a wellness brand selling adaptogenic products online, needed a checkout system that didn’t exist yet. It had to keep them compliant with their industry’s rules.
Groundwrk built it from scratch. The client credits it with a conversion rate well above the industry norm. That kind of custom build is the whole point behind Randall Hartman starting Groundwrk.
A specific complaint drove it: big agencies move slow, and templates box brands in. The pitch is custom work without the bloat of a bigger shop.
That kind of custom build sits alongside work for much larger companies too. One client is a national aeromedical operator with thousands of employees. The agency stays small while its client roster spans that range.
If you want custom work without the biggest team, Randall’s hands-on involvement shows up in nearly every review. If your project needs dozens of specialists working at once, this stays a boutique operation.
Core Services
- Custom web design
- Web development
- Branding
- Social media marketing
- UX/UI design
Why They Rank #17
- Their minimum project cost is among the highest of any agency ranked, which puts them out of reach for a lot of small businesses. That’s the main reason they land at #17 despite a flawless rating.
- Groundwrk’s client rating is a perfect score, one of several agencies to hit that mark, but theirs is backed by over twenty reviews.
- Web design and development together make up most of Groundwrk’s business, with branding and social media rounding out the rest.
- Their own site pulls more traffic than most agencies on this list, a good sign for a seven-year-old shop.
Snapshot of Client Reviews
Randall gets named directly in almost every single review, along with real 24/7 availability instead of the advertised kind that never materializes. The lone tight spot mentioned: a few clients found the project timeline aggressive around key milestones.
Our Take
If you want a custom build and don’t mind paying a premium for it, Groundwrk’s track record backs up the higher price. Skip them if your budget can’t stretch past the entry point, since there’s no lower tier here.
18. Solid Digital – Good fit if you’re a mid-sized B2B company with real budget

- Website: soliddigital.com
- Minimum Project Cost: $75,000
- Average Client Satisfaction Rating: 4.95 (53 reviews)
- Team Size: 19 (LinkedIn)
- Years in Business: 19
- Monthly Website Visits: 2,178
- Employee Review Score: N/A
Overview
Their own pitch is specific about fit: sizable companies with someone in-house responsible for marketing. Culture fit, not just budget, is what they say predicts whether a project actually succeeds.
That track record has some age behind it. Solid Digital has close to two decades in business. Clutch has verified them as a legally registered, financially sound company with dozens of reviews backing that up.
Jesse, the CEO, gets named directly by clients as someone who treats their project like it matters. One client, a decades-old fixed-income investment software firm, brought them in for a full rebrand and website overhaul.
The team spans multiple time zones and languages despite staying relatively small. If you’re a mid-sized company that wants a partner who understands your specific market, that fit matters here.
Core Services
- Website design
- Web development
- UX/UI design
- (SEO, content & PPC)
- Digital growth consulting
Why They Rank #18
- Solid Digital’s client rating ties for among the highest on this list, backed by over fifty reviews, the largest review base of any agency ranked.
- Their minimum project cost is by far the highest of any agency on this list, multiple times higher than most. That price floor alone is why a near-perfect rating still lands them at #18.
- Web design makes up the largest share of any agency’s business on this entire list, ahead of even WebJIVE.
- Their own site pulls solid traffic, among the higher numbers on this list outside of the largest national players.
Snapshot of Client Reviews
Every single review circles back to project management at some point, specific praise for how organized and communicative the process feels. The one recurring ask: more hands-on guidance for SEO during content development, not just at the start.
Our Take
If you’re a mid-sized B2B company with a real budget for a strategic rebuild, Solid Digital’s experience and process show up in nearly every review. Look elsewhere if your budget is measured in thousands rather than tens of thousands.
19. Softwyre – Makes sense if you want an established shop that also covers IT

- Website: softwyre.com
- Minimum Project Cost: $1,000
- Average Client Satisfaction Rating: 5.00 (1 review)
- Team Size: 3 (LinkedIn)
- Years in Business: 23
- Monthly Website Visits: N/A
- Employee Review Score: N/A
Overview
Steve Wade leads the company today. The team works with flexible, largely remote arrangements, unusual for a shop with this much history.
Softwyre traces back to a merger of two older companies. One was a web design shop. The other did network engineering.
They combined and rebranded at the start of the century. That combined DNA still shows in their service list, covering both web design and IT support.
One long-term client, a logistics and transportation company, praised the hands-on attention from senior management. That held true on every project, not just the big ones.
The team itself is tiny today relative to that two-decade-plus history. If you want a small, established shop that also handles broader IT needs, that combination is unusual. If you need a larger team for a bigger build, this isn’t sized for that.
Core Services
- Web design
- Custom software development
- Mobile app development
- SEO
- IT and network management
Why They Rank #19
- Twenty-three years in business puts Softwyre among the longest-running agencies on this list, alongside Thoma Thoma and Matmon.
- That perfect client rating rests on a single review, the thinnest sample of any agency ranked. That’s the main reason decades in business lands them at #19 instead of higher.
- Web design is a smaller piece of Softwyre’s business alongside custom software development and IT services.
- Their minimum project cost sits at the low end of this list, keeping the door open for smaller budgets even without much other data to go on.
Snapshot of Client Reviews
Public reviews are scarce enough that this leans mostly on the agency’s own client quotes rather than independent platforms. What’s there points to hands-on attention from senior staff, though that’s harder to verify at this scale.
Our Take
If you want an established local shop that also covers broader IT needs, and you don’t need a large team, Softwyre could work. With so little independent review data available, ask for direct references before signing anything.
Disclosure: Our recommendations include both locally headquartered agencies and offshore firms that provide services in this region. Some agencies featured do not maintain a physical office here but have an established track record of delivering services to clients in the area.
How to Narrow Down Your Web Design Agency Options
Six things separate a good hire from a bad one. Work through them in order, and you’ll know within a week which agency actually fits.
Look Past the Portfolio’s Highlight Reel
Pull up their last five projects across different industries, not just the two showcased on their homepage. Look for range, not just polish. If every site looks the same, that’s their template, not your brand. Ask what they’d do differently on a site that flopped.
Get a Real Number on Pricing
Ask for a real number before you sign anything. Little Rock pricing swings from a few hundred dollars to well into five figures. If an agency won’t tell you which end you’re on, that’s your answer. Get it in writing before work starts.
Check Whether SEO Is Baked In or Bolted On
A pretty site that never shows up in a local search isn’t doing its job. Little Rock agencies compete against national directories for map pack visibility.
So ask how they handle that specifically. If SEO sounds like an afterthought in the pitch, it’ll be an afterthought after launch too.
Judge Their Communication Before You Hire Them
Ask how they handle a missed deadline before you ever have one. Watch how fast they respond to your first email; that’s the pace you’ll get for the whole project. If a salesperson answers everything and a developer answers nothing, that’s a red flag.
Plan for Where Your Business Is Headed
Think past this one project. If you’re planning to grow into Conway, Benton, or Bryant in Central Arkansas, say so now. An agency that only builds for today will hand you a site you’ll outgrow fast. Ask what happens when you need more pages or features later.
Weigh Local Knowledge the Right Way
Little Rock agencies often serve a footprint bigger than the city itself, since the metro spans two counties. That’s not a red flag on its own.
What matters is whether they understand your actual customer base, not just your zip code. Ask them who else they’ve worked with nearby.
Hiring a Web Design Agency? Avoid These Common Mistakes
These mistakes cost real money in Little Rock, not just delayed launches. Watch for them before you sign anything.
Choosing on Price Alone
You’ll see Little Rock quotes from a few hundred dollars to tens of thousands for the same project. The cheapest bid often means the fastest corners cut.
Ask what’s actually included before you compare numbers. A lower price with no SEO or support baked in isn’t actually cheaper.
Skipping SEO in the Pitch
People search using broad terms like Arkansas, not just exact city names. If your agency treats SEO as an add-on, your site won’t show up for those searches.
Ask how they’ll get you found, not just how the site will look. A beautiful site nobody finds isn’t doing its job.
Skipping the Portfolio Review
Local buyers check an agency’s past work before they ever pick up the phone. Skip that step yourself and you’re hiring blind.
Look for real client names, not just mockups. If they can’t show finished work for a business like yours, ask why.
Trusting Star Ratings Without Reading Them
A high rating doesn’t tell you if an agency is actually who they claim to be. Read a few reviews closely, not just the star count. Some agencies market themselves as Little Rock locals without ever setting foot here. That distinction matters less than the work, but it’s worth knowing.
Overlooking Mobile Design
A lot of local sites still look and feel outdated on a phone. If most of your customers are searching on mobile, a desktop-only mindset costs you leads. Test the agency’s own site on your phone first. If it’s clunky there, expect the same for yours.
Skipping Accessibility for Public-Facing Sites
Government, healthcare, and nonprofit sites across Arkansas often skip accessibility entirely. That’s a real risk if your audience relies on screen readers or keyboard navigation.
Ask directly whether accessibility is part of the build, not an afterthought. It’s cheaper to build from day one than fix it later.
No Plan for Ongoing Support
Some of your options aren’t local, so you can’t just stop by when something breaks. Ask what they provide after launch: hosting, updates, security, the works. If the answer is vague, that’s your answer. Get a support plan in writing before the site goes live.
Finding the Right Web Design Agency for Your Needs
You’ve got real options for web design agencies in Little Rock now. Not just a vague sense of who’s good. Start with the ones that match what you actually need, then read those profiles closely.
I built this ranking so you could compare real signals instead of guessing from a homepage. Use the Why They Rank section on each profile to see what actually moved the needle.
Little Rock’s downtown and SoMa business district keeps growing. More agencies on this list are built for that modern, fast-moving client than you’d expect.
Whichever agency you pick, get the specifics in writing: timeline, ownership, and what happens after launch. That’s the difference between a good website and a good partnership.
Our Research and Ranking Process
Why This Ranking Is Different
Most web design agency roundups run on editorial opinion, self-reported claims, or paid placement. This one doesn’t. We built a scoring framework instead. We applied it the same way to every web design agency serving Little Rock on this list.
That framework treats every agency the same way. Physical location itself isn’t a ranking factor unless it’s explicitly built into the model. No agency earns extra points simply for being local, and none paid for inclusion or a higher spot.
Service pages, portfolios, case studies, notable clients, awards, partnerships, and other public findings help us understand an agency.
None of that moves the score. Only the weighted metrics below can raise or lower a rank. That rule holds in every Why They Rank section too.
Where Your Data Comes From
We collected the data independently during 2026. Estimated monthly traffic comes from SEMrush. Client ratings and review counts come from Clutch, DesignRush, G2, Google Business Profile, and Trustpilot.
Employee ratings and review volume come from Glassdoor and Indeed, and team size comes from LinkedIn. Pricing, hourly rates, minimum project size, and business history come from each agency’s website and other public sources.
We also reviewed service pages, portfolios, case studies, public client examples, awards, partnerships, and certifications. That work confirms each agency’s web design capabilities and adds context to its profile.
Unless represented by one of the weighted metrics below, these qualitative findings do not affect the numerical score.
The Five Dimensions That Shape Your Rankings
Each agency is scored across five weighted areas. Positive categories add points, while pricing metrics apply deductions for higher cost barriers.
1. Web Design Focus & Value Assessment (20%)
This category measures how central web design is to an agency’s business. It also reflects how clients rate the value they got for the cost.
| Metric | Weight | How We Calculated It |
| Web Design Focus | 10% | Web design appeared as a core agency service |
| Client Rating for Cost | 10% | Average cost/value rating from selected review platforms |
Agencies benefit when web design is a meaningful part of their business. They also benefit when clients consistently report strong value for the money. Portfolio quality, awards, and certifications don’t factor into this category.
2. Brand Authority (45%)
Brand Authority measures visibility, scale, and how long an agency has been operating.
| Metric | Weight | How We Calculated It |
| Website Traffic | 20% | Higher estimated SEMrush traffic contributed more points |
| LinkedIn Team Size | 15% | Larger teams contributed more points |
| Years in Business | 10% | Longer operating histories contributed more points |
These metrics work as comparative signals of market presence, delivery capacity, and stability. A bigger agency isn’t automatically a better one.
3. Client Satisfaction (30%)
This category combines rating quality with how many reviews back it up.
| Metric | Weight | How We Calculated It |
| Average Client Rating | 15% | Combined ratings from selected review platforms |
| Total Client Reviews | 15% | Greater review volume contributed more confidence to the score |
A high rating backed by hundreds of reviews carries more weight than the same rating from a handful. Review themes themselves don’t factor in here; that’s covered separately in each profile’s review snapshot.
4. Employee Satisfaction (25%)
Employee sentiment adds another signal about how stable an agency’s team really is.
| Metric | Weight | How We Calculated It |
| Average Employee Rating | 10% | Average rating from Glassdoor and Indeed |
| Number of Employee Reviews | 15% | Greater review volume reduced the influence of very small samples |
Both the rating and the number of reviews behind it matter here. We don’t read that as proof employees stay or turnover is low. It’s just what the data shows.
5. Cost Accessibility Adjustment (-20%)
This is the only category that subtracts points instead of adding them.
| Metric | Weight | How We Calculated It |
| Hourly Rate | -10% | Higher hourly rates received larger deductions |
| Minimum Project Cost | -10% | Higher entry costs reduced accessibility scores |
This doesn’t mean an expensive agency does worse work. It only measures how accessible each agency is across a wider range of budgets.
How the Final Score Works
Each metric gets normalized, weighted, and combined into a score out of 100.
Positive metrics can add up to 120 points. The Cost Accessibility Adjustment can deduct up to 20 points from there.
No single metric decides where an agency lands. A bigger agency might win on traffic, team size, or years in business.
A smaller one might win on client satisfaction, employee sentiment, web design focus, value, or affordability.
Only the weighted metrics above affect where an agency ranks. Awards, clients, partnerships, certifications, case studies, portfolio quality, local presence, and other qualitative findings can appear in a profile.
None of that moves the score. That’s what makes it possible to compare agencies fairly across different sizes and price points.
Note: All rankings and scores are based solely on publicly available data collected at the time of publication. These rankings reflect the market landscape at the time of publication. Although individual metrics may change over time, the evaluation framework prioritizes long-term capability signals, making major ranking fluctuations unlikely.
