Job Responsibilities
- Analysing prospective B2B clients and finding ways to reaching them out.
- Thoroughly communicating with the prospect accounts until the deals are closed.
- Conducting post-purchase follow-ups and analysis for maintaining sustainable business relationships.
- Coordinating with the Order fulfillment teams for ensuring the best client experience and satisfaction.
- Continuously learning and developing industry-relevant knowledge and skills for keeping up with the industry trends
- Develop and execute SEO strategies.
Requirements
We are looking for “Talent” and “Expertise”, not “Educational Background”. So, if you think you are confident enough to take the challenges of an “Digital Sales Executive”, we are waiting for you.
- 1+ years proven experience in the field of international telemarketing.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Prior knowledge and experience with Search Engine Optimization.
- Flexible with the working hours (Might need to work during night-shift based on business requirements).
- Highly computer literate with the ability to quickly learn new tools and techniques.
- Soft skills: Communication skills in English, Analytical ability with decision-making capability, etc.
