Job Responsibilities:

Generating and nurturing leads for the organization using different marketing channels.
Lead prospect, qualify and develop sales-ready leads through targeted, outbound calling and emails.
Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
Manage daily database lead management including capturing, entering, updating, tracking, reporting, and setting leads.
Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating and conducting follow-up communications to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
Support sales team to improve performance, control, and maintenance of their leads.
Assisting the marketing team in writing reports and analyzing data.
Manage data for new and prospective clients in Salesforce.com and Marketo.
Prepare and analyze marketing and sales pipeline reports and dashboards.

Skills Required:

Results-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to balance multiple priorities and manage numerous projects concurrently in a fast-changing environment.
Team player with strong influencing skills and demonstrated ability or aptitude for team leadership.
Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills; ability to multi-task.
Friendly, courteous, service-oriented, and flexible and enjoy working with a variety of staff.
Detail-oriented and works effectively under pressure while meeting all applicable deadlines.
Basic knowledge of Lead Generation tools will be a plus.
