Job Responsibilities:

Reach out to leads via email, phone calls, social messages & marketplaces in English for the US, Canada, etc.
Develop a relationship with your customers.
Researching and identifying sales opportunities, generating leads, target identification, and classification.
Develop and manage sales and marketing tools.
Effectively perform cold calls to target prospects.
Maintain leads in CRM and update them as required.

Skills Required:

***Native-level fluency in both spoken & written English is an absolute requirement/non-negotiable.
Basic understanding of Digital Marketing and SEO is an absolute requirement
Excellent communication and customer management skills.
A working knowledge of CRM and project management software is essential for this role. This includes understanding the basic functions of these platforms, such as lead generation, customer tracking, and project scheduling.
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
Outstanding negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
