OneLittleWeb is seeking a motivated Junior Link Building Expert to join our growing team.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow within a leading SEO and Link-Building Agency that serves over 1,200 global clients.

Working alongside experienced professionals, you’ll assist in delivering high-quality SEO and link building services for AI SaaS companies, B2B brands, and ambitious startups.

Job Responsibilities

Assist senior team members with link building campaigns and outreach efforts.
Help maintain tracking files and organize backlink data.
Support in researching potential link building opportunities and website prospecting.
Aid in preparing outreach emails and follow-up communications.
Learn and implement various link building strategies including guest posting and content marketing.
Help monitor campaign progress and compile basic reports.
Assist in basic competitor analysis and backlink research.
Support the team in daily SEO and link building tasks as needed.
Learn to use various SEO and AI tools under guidance.

Candidate Requirements

We are looking for ‘Talent’ and ‘Expertise’, not ‘Educational Background’. So, if you think you are confident enough to take on the challenges of an ‘SEO Expert’, we are waiting for you.

Hands-on experience in SEO and link building for at least 2 years.
Basic understanding of SEO principles, including on-page and off-page optimization, keyword research, and link building.
Familiarity with link-building strategies, email outreach infrastructure, email marketing tools, and targeted lead collection.
Ability to negotiate to secure high-quality backlinks and partnerships.
Ability to work under a strict KPI and deadline-based culture.
Experience with basic SEO tools like Ahrefs, Moz, or SEMrush.
Ability to use ChatGPT, AI tools, and project management tools.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
