Are you a tech-savvy, people person, with at least 2+ years of job experience in an HR role? We’re looking for you! Come work as an HR Lead at a growing company that offers exceptional benefits with opportunities for excellent growth and advancement.

Facilitates proper employee documentation and records in HR systems, compiling reports as needed
Develops, implements, reinforces, and modifies HR policies, programs, and procedures. Audits HR policies, programs, and procedures against relevant legislation and best practices and recommends improvements.
Provides advice and assistance to employees and managers on HR policies, programs, and procedures. Resolves HR inquiries or escalates to the appropriate individual depending on the severity
Supports organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; and recommending changes
Recommending benefit programs to management and implementing employee benefits programs and informing employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends
Supports the organization in implementing talent management programs (e.g. performance management, succession planning, recognition) and special projects
Assists in the preparation of HR training material, e.g. health and safety, workplace accommodation, performance management
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Instrument conversion points and optimizes user funnels
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
