Job Summary

We’re seeking a senior, results-driven SEO Expert to lead SEO audits for OneLittleWeb’s international client base. Your primary responsibility will be conducting comprehensive SEO audits, technical, on-page, off-page, and content, and turning your findings into clear, prioritized roadmaps our team and clients can execute. Working closely with our SEO and delivery teams, you’ll audit SaaS and tech websites targeting the USA, Europe, and Australia. This senior role requires deep technical SEO expertise, prior SEO agency experience, a proven track record with audits, and the ability to communicate complex findings in a client-ready way.

Job Responsibilities

1. SEO Audits (Primary Focus)
Conduct full-scale SEO audits for SaaS and tech client websites
Analyze crawlability, indexation, site architecture, and Core Web Vitals
Identify technical issues (site speed, structured data, JavaScript rendering, duplicate content)
Audit on-page elements: content quality, keyword targeting, meta data, internal linking, and cannibalization
Review backlink profiles, identify toxic links, and run competitor link gap analysis
Perform content audits to find gaps, thin content, and optimization opportunities

2. Reporting & Roadmaps
Deliver well-structured, prioritized audit reports — clear recommendations, not tool exports
Translate audit findings into actionable SEO roadmaps with impact and effort estimates
Present findings in a way both technical teams and non-technical clients understand
Maintain consistent, client-ready quality across all audit deliverables

3. Strategy & Execution Support
Work with our SEO team to turn audit recommendations into execution plans
Support broader SEO strategy for SaaS clients when needed
Monitor post-audit performance and validate that fixes deliver results
Stay current with Google algorithm updates, E-E-A-T, and AI search (GEO) trends

4. Collaboration & Quality Ownership
Take full ownership of assigned audit projects from kickoff to delivery
Coordinate with content, link building, and web teams on implementation
Review and improve our internal audit processes, checklists, and templates
Mentor junior SEO team members on audit best practices

Candidate Requirements

5+ years of hands-on SEO experience with senior-level command of technical and on-page SEO
Prior experience working with SEO agencies is a must (in-house at an agency or handling audits for agency clients)
Proven track record with SEO audits — sample audit reports or case studies with measurable results will be required
Expert-level proficiency with Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, GA4, Semrush, and PageSpeed Insights
Experience auditing SaaS or B2B websites is a strong plus
Strong understanding of Google algorithm updates, E-E-A-T, and current ranking factors
Experience with international markets (USA, UK, EU, Australia preferred)
Excellent written English — audit reports must be clear, professional, and client-ready
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
