Job Summary

We’re seeking a results-driven Growth & Outreach Manager to grow OneLittleWeb’s international client base. You’ll identify SaaS and tech prospects, execute personalized outbound campaigns, manage CRM follow-ups, and convert qualified leads into long-term clients. Working directly with the Co-Founder, you’ll represent the company across the USA, Europe, and Australia. This strategic role requires strong sales expertise, SEO industry knowledge, SaaS growth understanding, and the ability to build trust through meaningful conversations.

Job Responsibilities

1. Outbound Campaign Management
Research and identify high-quality SaaS and tech companies
Plan and run cold email campaigns (Gmail, Lemlist, Apollo, etc.)
Write personalized email sequences based on real research
Improve reply and conversion rates through testing
Keep CRM pipelines organized and up to date (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, etc.)

2. Prospect Research & Personalization
Research target companies in detail
Review their website, SEO performance, and backlink profile
Customize outreach based on their business model and challenges
Identify decision-makers (Founder, CMO, Growth Lead, SEO Lead)

3. Sales & Conversion
Book qualified meetings through outreach
Join and lead video calls with international prospects
Clearly explain our SEO and link building services
Handle objections professionally
Negotiate pricing and close deals
Move prospects through the pipeline until they convert or are disqualified

4. Relationship & Pipeline Ownership
Take full ownership of assigned prospects
Track pipeline performance and report weekly KPIs
Build long-term relationships with converted clients
Continuously improve messaging and targeting

Candidate Requirements

2 - 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, outbound marketing, or business development
Ability to research and qualify SaaS and tech prospects independently
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Comfortable leading video sales calls
Highly organized and disciplined in pipeline management
Experience using CRM systems and email automation tools
Experience targeting international markets (USA, UK, EU, Australia preferred)
Good understanding of SEO and digital marketing agencies
Excellent spoken and written English (professional level required)
